Chhatrasal is an untold story of a Warrior! Chhatrasal raised the banner of revolt against the Mughals in Bundelkhand at the age of 22, with an army of 5 horsemen and 25 swordsmen in 1671, he was involved in over 250 guerilla wars against Aurangzeb and played a major role in the war against the Mughals, he was a disciple of Swami Prannathji and accepted him as his spiritual master. When Maharaja Chhatrasal met Prannathji, he was going to battle against the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. Swami Prannathji gave him a blessed Sword and covered his head with a pagdi, and blessed him saying, "You will always be victorious. Diamond mines will be discovered in your land and you will become a great Emperor." Swami Prannathji was not only the spiritual master of Chhatrasal, but he guided him in political, social, and economic matters too. Maharaja Chhatrasal became a prosporous King and Swami Prannathji's blessings to him came true as diamonds were found in Panna which was the capital of Chhatrasal's Kingdom. He was a patron of literature, and his court housed several noted poets. Even today Panna District is known for its Diamond mines and has one of the largest active diamond mines in Asia.
